Ariane Chapelle is a professional with over 20 years of experience in teaching and training both academic and executive audiences. She is active in operational risk since 2000. She is a former head of Operational Risk Management of ING South West Europe and Lloyds Banking Group. Ariane Chapelle runs her own training and advisory company in Operational Risk Management since 2006. Her clients include top tier financial companies worldwide, such as Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase, Aviva, CME and Santander and SWIFT.
The guest lecture on “Operational Risk Management and Measurement in Financial Institutions” will take place at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Aspazijas boulevard 5, room 424, on November 12, 2015, 18:15-19:45.
The lecture will be held in English.
