Guidelines for Authors

Please, register for the conference before submission of your paper. After the registration you will receive the confirmation of registration and email with a username and password to access the conference proceedings system at

Before uploading your submission file, please, prepare your paper strictly following the Paper template.

Author names and institutions must NOT be included in the Paper file name!

Login on to submit your Paper. In the submission system click on Start new paper. When the form opens, you should follow following steps:

  • Type in the title.
  • Upload the Paper file under Paper file.
  • Select the session you participate in.
  • Provide information about the authors.
  • Click on the button Save submission.

Your submitted Paper will undergo a double-blind review process. Within 3–4 weeks, you will receive the reviews. Please, follow the suggestions/comments of reviewers (if any). When the status of your Paper is “Accepted”, you are invited to participate in the conference with your paper.
