Guidelines for Authors
Dear authors, to submit your abstract and paper you need to be registered for the conference.
After registration, you will receive two e-mails: one will be about a successfully created registration account, the other will be about the created account for you at the conferences submission site: http://proceedings.lu.lv/
For both accounts you will have the same login name (your e-mail) and the same 1st password. You can change your password, but, please, remember that these are two separate systems. In case you have forgotten your password you can ask for the new one.
STEP 1. Submit your Abstract
Beforehand, please, prepare your abstract in accordance with the Abstract template.
Then login in to http://proceedings.lu.lv/ in order to submit your Abstract. In submission system click on Start new paper and accept the submission terms. When a form opens, you should follow following steps:
· Type the title.
· Upload the Abstract file under Submission.
· Select the section.
· Skip Full paper file.
· Fulfil information about the authors.
· Paste full abstract text in the Abstract field.
· Click on the button Save draft.
Your Abstract will be reviewed by at least two blind reviewers and within 2 weeks you will receive an e-mail with reviewers’ comments. Please, follow the suggestions of reviewers (if any) and when the recommendations for your Abstract are “Accept” you are invited to participate in the conference.
STEP 2. Submit your Article
Beforehand, please, prepare your article following the Article template.
Login in to http://proceedings.lu.lv/ in order to submit your Article. In submission system click on your paper number or title. In paper’s site click on Edit or Edit paper. Upload the Article file under Full paper file. Click on Save Submission button.
The review process starts and within 3 weeks you will receive an e-mail with reviewing results. Follow the suggestions of reviewers (if any) and when the recommendations for your Article are “Accept” your paper is accepted for publishing.
