European Studies and Economic Diplomacy

The study program will provide students with in-depth knowledge of international and European Union economic relations in the fields of finance, business, and trade. Graduates' comprehensive interdisciplinary knowledge of the European Union, diplomatic skills, analytical skills, and in-depth economic skills will provide solid basis for their work in different institutions of the European Union, international organisations, as well as in the national public and private sectors. Students are trained for analytical and managerial positions in the economic, political and social fields, for diplomatic work, for economic lobbying activities at the European Union level, and for further education in doctoral studies programmes leading to an academic career.

The study program will be implemented mainly in the framework of lectures and seminars, including workshops and research seminars. European Studies and Economic Diplomacy Master's Program provides students with the opportunity to take part in study visit to the main institutions of the European Union in Brussels, Frankfurt and Luxembourg.

Competitive employment and excellent career – graduates work in international, European and national public and private institutions, diplomatic services, international journalism. After the graduation students may proceed to enrol in doctoral studies and build career in academic and research field.

Full-time studies - 2 years

EU, EEA, Swiss citizens, permanent residence permit holders and their family members - 2150 € per year. Other country citizens - 2365 € per year.

Master of Social Sciences in International Economics

Bachelor’s degree or a diploma proving equivalent level of education from an institution of higher education.

English language proficiency (IELTS 5,5 and above or TOEFL 80 internet, or previous education acquired in English.
